What began as a dedicated, one-oven confectionery has evolved into H.O.S ZA NIG LTD—a multi-disciplinary food infrastructure company. While we have scaled to meet the demands of a full-service catering kitchen and a robust supply line for retailers and event planners, our core philosophy remains unchanged: Craft at Scale. We still bake every cake by hand. We still prepare every catering commission to order. We have simply grown the infrastructure to ensure that this level of artisanal precision is available to corporate boardrooms, industrial sites, and grand-scale events alike.
